Did You See What She is Not Wearing?

“The most fun you can have with your clothes on!” “She just has to be cold!” “I like December!” These are the type of comments one can hear as the Sports Illustrated issue is passed around. Young boys don’t know at what they are looking, old men can only dream and remember, and if you fall between those extremes, you couldn’t handle it even if you wanted to, and who doesn’t want to? When Sports Illustrated starting running the swimsuit edition, the responses they received were many and varied. Some women questioned their motives, and most men couldn’t wait for the next issue. When was sex classified as a sport?
The number of women who could model for the swimsuit edition cannot be numbered. Young women from all over the world would qualify without even breathing hard. To be chosen as one of the swimsuit models has to be a big honor and a certain amount of luck and being in the right place at the right time is certainly a part of the selection process. A great model has two chances of being selected to be one of the models, slim and none, but remember there are other swimsuit shoots just waiting for willing participants. What one must remember is that there are many opportunities available to swimsuit qualified models.
Magazines, catalogs, advertising agencies, and newspapers are always looking for the right look. Consider the advertising done by Sears, Dillards, and a host of other sales organizations. They need models to shoot clothing pictures and underwear shots. Modeling for lingerie shots is not always sexy. A model may be asked to shoot a close shot of a bra used for advertising. An agent is important to have for this type of modeling. You have to be able to trust your agent and the photographers must be professional. Different training is also needed for a swimsuit model. The model must learn how to stand, walk, and pose playfully for the camera.
Swimsuit and lingerie models are required to have a good bust size and a developed posterior. A well proportioned body is required for this type of work. Everything that a swimsuit and lingerie model does must be done tastefully and be of a high quality. Your agent must intervene, if things go south during a shoot. What you want to avoid is being put into compromising circumstances without being clothed. Remember that your body is for sale, but not for use. A professional will not try to take advantage of a situation. Have fun with your job, but always be careful.
