Keeping in shape

Angel Naylor (Model) Says: Ok, so this forum is a little dead, and I'm a major chatterbox, so let's get the ball rolling with this question...How do you keep in shape? Do you excercise? What excersize? Do you follow a diet? What diet? etc Personally, I don't follow a diet at all. I'm actually rather dubious of the word and avoid going on anything that could ever be consrued as even a remote distant cousin of the word. But that has never seemed to matter. I'm a major dancer and I walk virtually everywhere! But...I've recently moved out to the countryside, so I had to give up my dance clases and living out in the country side, I have to catch a bus to get anywhere, because it's a 6 hour walk there. I know. I did it. On the plus side, I have some lovely walks to nowhere on my doorstep and the nearest food shop is a good mile away. Posted Feb 19, 2010 | |

) Says: Im not really a model, but I love to run. I am constantly running and it seems to have helped me stay in shape. Unfortunately it does take a toll on the knees but so does photographing from low angles. I think with age more people become more conscious of diet and exercise. Personally I like to cycle and ride a bike down the beach. Here in Florida there are tons of great paths with great views and it definitely gets the heart pumping. In addition, I also teach and train in the martial arts so that helps as well. Posted Feb 20, 2010 |
